After the first which was the adaptation week, today I am much more comfortable writing about what I like the most during this week. First of all I had a great experience, because I had two site visits with my mentor and the soccer game where we defeated the two teams from Georgia State University and Clarke Atlanta University, for now we are the champion. Another great thing to account was the leadership training the brainstorming activities at Fanning Institute which gave a clue vision and perspective to what I have to do to design my plans and set my goals. We also had three site visits for community services, Chess Community, Parkview Community and UGA Garden.
I learned that teamwork is always the basic for an organization to be successful and the relationship peer workers can develop in the group it also helps to establish good and effective set of plans.
The games we used in the class are going to be utilized for me to know how to break a team for a common purpose, and also use the resources available to increase the strength into the team and enhance the Human Resources with appropriate tools and support I didn’t account anything out of order.
